The facial menu runs from a 50-minute hydrating facial with skin analysis, deep cleansing, facial massage and a hydration mask, to a 75-minute microdermabrasion using diamond-tip exfoliation. Longer options include a 90-minute anti-aging facial built on five phases with deep tissue massage, a 90-minute acne facial that includes an extraction session, with four to six visits recommended, and a 90-minute Ultra Hydro Facial. Microchanneling is offered at two levels, with the second combining the treatment with stem cell growth serums. A 25- or 35-minute BIO LED anti-aging treatment can be added to a visit. The Plasonic treatment for the face or neck is described by the salon as a new generation of plasma and ultrasonic skincare; it takes 90 minutes, five to six sessions are recommended, and a sixth is free after five purchased, to be used within six months.

Lash services include classic hybrid natural, wispy hybrid volume and Russian volume extensions, with fills priced by week. Lash lifts curl natural lashes for roughly six to eight weeks, sometimes longer. Fill appointments start with cleansing, removing grown-out lashes, priming and applying new lashes, and clients are asked to avoid makeup residue on their lashes. Lashes need to be at least 30 to 40 percent full to qualify for a fill; after 28 days or more since the last fill or full set, a full set is charged. Brow options include tinting and a keratin-based lamination that sets brow hairs in a chosen direction and shape, with packages that combine lamination, shaping, tint and lash lift. The waxing menu, listed under women's services, covers face, underarm, arm, leg and bikini areas.

Booking is one client at a time, and each time slot is held for that client. A credit card is required at booking, and a deposit of 50 percent of the service price is charged upfront. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; the deposit is refunded with proper notice but kept for late cancellations or no-shows, and it covers the late fee. Special hours before opening, after closing or on Mondays are arranged by contacting Michelle directly. The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, closed Sunday, and Monday is by appointment only.
