The menu covers adult and children's haircuts, clipper cuts and short styles, shampoo and blow dry, all-over and root color, double process and bleach-and-tone work, highlights and low lights, and combined haircut and color appointments. Color is done with L'Oreal Professional products. A 30-minute complimentary consultation is included with every service and can also be booked on its own ahead of the appointment day. Some services, such as double process all over, require one. For clipper cuts, Lacey can refer clients to a barber, since she does not present herself as one.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice unless there is an emergency. No-shows and late or last-minute changes carry a fee of 50% of the original appointment. Clients who are unwell or have been around someone sick are asked to reschedule as soon as possible. Clients are encouraged to book the service closest to what they have in mind, since adjustments can be made later. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 8 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sunday and Monday.
