Lacey Dagenais

Lacey Dagenais owns Funky Hairball, where she also works as the hair stylist. She relocated to New York City in 2005 and spent time at the Mousey Brown location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, through March 2020. She has more than 25 years in the hair industry, working with a wide range of hair types, lengths and textures. Her cutting services include wet and dry razor cuts, scissor cuts, and blunt, textured and straight long styles. She often works with naturally curly, very curly and wavy hair, and enjoys playful short cuts and clipper work. Color services cover natural-looking shades, regrowth maintenance, contrast and dimension, a balayage effect, and brightness and depth adjustments. She offers simple styling tips to help clients manage their hair and supports those who want to keep their natural texture. Appointments range from major length changes to very light trims.
