The studio works by appointment only and does not offer walk-in visits. Studio hours are Monday and Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to noon. Clients whose preferred times do not match can ask the team to arrange a schedule that works. New clients can book a free consultation, which can be done virtually. Treatment plans are shaped around each client's skin needs and goals, and the studio works with clients over a course of visits toward those goals. Signature facials begin with a skin analysis followed by a plan, and include deep cleansing, dual exfoliation, massage and AVEDA skin care.

Facial options range from a 30-minute Express Facial with double cleansing and dual exfoliation to HydraFacial, which uses vortex technology to cleanse, extract and hydrate, with optional LED light or lymphatic drainage. Microchanneling can be added to any facial, and chemical peels start at $45. Permanent makeup includes microshading, color correction priced by consultation, lip blushing, and lip neutralization for darker lip tones. Erase removes permanent makeup and small tattoos without laser, and emergency removal must happen within 48 hours of a permanent makeup session. Scar camouflage uses pigments matched to the client's skin color.

Scar and stretch mark work uses inkless needling and micropigmentation methods, priced by consultation and treatment plan. Lash and brow services are also offered, including lash lifts, tints, fills and full sets. An infrared sauna is available with a free 12-minute intro session, with sessions priced by length and subscriptions available.

Treatment is built around each client's own skin needs and goals, with a focus on working on skin over time rather than a single visit. Products are described by the studio as high-quality and ethically sourced.
