The business aims to make quality skin and body care within reach for everyday clients, and says a spa does not need to be stuffy or expensive to offer real skin care and wellness techniques.

Each location is independently owned and operated. High Street in north Phoenix was the company's first franchise location. The other spas are Dana Park in Mesa, SanTan Village in Gilbert and La Encantada in Tucson, and each keeps its own hours.

The facial menu runs from a Custom Facial, which includes two cleansings, exfoliation and extractions, a treatment masque, moisturizer, SPF and a massage of the face, scalp, neckline, arms and hands, to microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, hydrodermabrasion, a Fire and Ice Facial and a Red Carpet Facial. Facial peels include acne, beta, lightening, perfection and wrinkle lift treatments along with BioRePeel, a 30% TCA peel. Advanced peels must be booked ahead and come with a take-home kit for aftercare.

Massage is offered in 25, 50 and 80 minute sessions, plus an express 25 minute massage and a 25 minute hydromassage. A custom massage can be Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, therapeutic or reflexology, or a blend of these, and different modalities are not priced higher. Essential oil aromatherapy comes with every massage, and Biofreeze is available on request. Guests may ask for a male or female therapist, though a particular therapist cannot be guaranteed.

Waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, bikini and Brazilian areas, using Nufree products only. The business describes this method as wax-free, sugar-free and honey-free. Waxing is not offered to clients using Retin-A, Accutane or similar sensitizing medication, or to clients who recently had a chemical peel. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, a credit card holds each booking, and a first visit guide explains what to expect.

The business says it aims for results-driven skin care and current wellness techniques, while staying educated and innovative in the industry and keeping care at a manageable price.
