Massage sessions are built around the client. Guests choose the session length and share their requests, and the massage artist shapes the session from there. Lengths range from 30 to 120 minutes, and prenatal massage is offered in 50- and 80-minute sessions. Add-ons include cupping, scalp massage, CBD, salt stones and paraffin for hands or feet, and some complimentary extras such as Soothing Touch Freeze ointment or lavender-infused lotion may be suggested by the artist. A couples room can be requested for massage at no extra charge.

Facials use Eminence Organics products, and Rhonda Allison skincare is used in the Advanced Glow and Advanced Facial. Named options include 30-minute Signature Glow and Advanced Glow facials, 50-minute Signature and Advanced facials, an R.A. Chemical Peel with an aftercare kit, microdermabrasion, a Berry Illuminating Facial, and SkinPen, which the spa says uses an FDA-cleared device.

Beyond facials and massage, the spa offers lash extensions with full sets, refills, touch-ups and removals, plus brow tint, lash tint and lash lift. Waxing uses hard wax for brows, lip, half-leg, bikini and Brazilian areas, and other waxes are available on request. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, GelFX gel enhancements, nail art and gel removal, using SPARITUAL and ORLY lacquers and DND Gel. Hair services cover haircuts, color, treatments and blowouts, and clients book those by phone. Teeth whitening is also offered, and the spa hosts spa parties.

A visit can include beverages and chocolates. The Member's Lounge is open during business hours for quiet time or meditation, with or without an appointment, and the space also suits meetings or friend outings. Other rooms include a Sitting Room, a beverage bar and a nail studio.

Booking details: a valid card is needed on file to book, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged half the service value and no-shows the full value. Late arrivals may have services shortened without a reduction in price. Confirmations and reminders are sent by text. Pets are not permitted, while service animals are welcome, and minors receiving a service must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Military service members and first responders with valid ID receive 10% off services, which cannot be combined with other offers.

Services are tailored to the client, and the spa's membership plans are designed to fit a range of lifestyles. Facial and aftercare products are natural or organic, and the nail lacquers are vegan and cruelty-free.
