A visit starts with a free consultation, which the studio requires before any service is booked. The consultation is used to understand each client's needs and goals and to plan a tailored course of treatment. Body contouring is described as moving through a sequence: reducing fat, breaking it down, clearing it from the body, tightening the skin and then sculpting the shape.
Cryotherapy is delivered with a handheld Kaasen device that uses dry carbon dioxide spray. Other body work includes radio frequency skin tightening, ultrasonic cavitation, vacuum RF therapy and laser lipo. The studio suggests two to three treatments within a seven to ten day window for the best early results, and clients can choose to work out before or after a cryotherapy session.
The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm, and is closed on Sundays. Clients can call 302-509-1696 or email frostfitcryo@gmail.com. Financing is available to qualified clients through CareCredit and Cherry Financing.
Education comes first, with the studio explaining how the body works. Each client receives a customized plan based on body composition, goals, lifestyle, metabolism and hormonal factors.
