Facial and body services are performed by licensed estheticians and use Sei Bella products. The options range from a basic facial that leaves out the exfoliant step, to a fuller facial with an enzyme exfoliant, cleanser, toner, massage gel, daily moisturizer and SPF, to a facial with a homemade organic mask chosen by the client. A back facial and a vajacial are also offered.
Braiding services include cornrows, loc retwists, crochet braids, stitch braids, box braids, Senegalese twists and knotless braids. Box braids and knotless braids include the hair and products in the price, and adding color to either costs an extra $20 regardless of size. Hair appointments are accepted only on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
The business is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. Same-day appointments and walk-ins are not accepted. Lash appointments use the garage door entrance. Cancellations for lash, facial and body waxing services need at least 48 hours notice to avoid a fee, and clients who cancel within 24 hours are charged 50% of the appointment value.
The business also offers lash training for $1,000 in a session of about 5 hours, notary services for $5, ear and nose piercings with stainless steel jewelry, and gift cards in eGift amounts of $5, $10, $20, $50 or a custom amount. Group gift cards can be pooled from several contributors for one recipient. Groupon bookings require selecting the Groupon client option and entering the voucher number in the message box.
