The salon was started by a stylist who had worked at several Newbury Street establishments in Boston and had previously owned a salon called Newbury Street Hair. Hair services range from cuts, blow-dries and special occasion up-dos to single process and foil highlights, balayage, ombre, corrective color and extensions. Keratin Express Blowouts and Keratin Complex smoothing treatments are also offered, along with perms for curls and spirals.

On the spa side, the salon offers light-based therapies, including red light laser therapy and an infrared sauna with multi-color LED light and chromotherapy, plus cavitation body contouring. The salon describes cavitation as an alternative to tummy tuck and liposuction and as non-invasive and painless. Infrared sauna first visits are recommended at about 20 minutes, with time increasing gradually, and guests who have a pacemaker or are pregnant are advised not to use it. Ear piercing, airbrush spray tans for fair to dark skin and soy wax waxing round out the menu.

The salon also supports cancer patients through hair loss, with planning, cuts, makeup design, prosthetic education and wig shopping. These services are booked by phone, and pricing is provided on request. For weddings, photoshoots, fundraisers and other events, the salon offers group hair and makeup.
