Most of the menu is built around custom facials. Every facial includes extractions, exfoliation tailored to the skin, and treatment of the neck and chest. Options range from a short acne-focused facial for teens and adults to a longer facial that adds microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, a chemical peel or LED. Clients who are not sure which facial suits them can book a 65-minute consultation, priced from $50, to talk through their skin and plan a custom treatment. Add-ons such as lite peels, lymphatic facial massage, electrical modalities and dermaplaning can be combined with a facial. Cavitation and radio frequency lymphatic sessions are also offered as a separate treatment.

Booking has a few set rules. New clients are asked to leave a deposit for several of the custom facials and peels, and a cancellation fee of 5% applies, so clients are asked to give notice as soon as they know they cannot attend. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Reviews on the business's about page praise the facials and peels.
