Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and mascara, especially waterproof mascara, and to arrive on time, since late arrivals shorten lash time or may lead to rescheduling. Reminders go out by text, email or phone 24 to 48 hours ahead. Cancellations need at least 24 business hours' notice, and appointments cancelled inside that window are charged the full service price. The business requires a credit card on file for rescheduling it initiates, and no-shows are not excused.
