New color clients must book a 15-minute color consultation before a color appointment, and returning clients who have not yet had color at the salon do the same. The consultation costs $20 and is applied toward the color service. Pricing is a starting point; a stylist may adjust it based on hair length, thickness, the precision or skill required, or the product needed.

Beyond everyday cuts and color, the salon does blowouts, updos and makeup for special occasions, and offers products and treatments for curly hair. Wedding hair and makeup can be booked for an individual or for the whole wedding party, and bridal packages are available by inquiry.

For wedding parties, the salon opens 15 minutes before services and stays reserved for half an hour after the last one. Parties can use a clothing rack, a changing bathroom, refrigeration, space for food and drink, and Bluetooth speakers. Haircut, styling and makeup appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel, and color and smoothing treatments need 48 hours. Late cancellations may be charged half the service price, and same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full price. A card is held on file and is not charged until the appointment is completed.
