Owner Maureen Toohey, a trichologist, leads the salon's hair loss and scalp work for men and women. The scalp and hair therapies range from short aroma sessions to the Fresh Signature customized therapy, which is offered in 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions with steam available. Blowout bundles of four or twelve are also offered for clients who want regular styling.

New clients can book a free consultation. Clients are asked to arrive at least five minutes early. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations, except emergencies, are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean the service is adjusted or the appointment is rescheduled, depending on availability.

FRESH Aesthetics is an independently operated skincare brand inside the salon. It manages its own appointments, payments and policies separately from the salon. Founder Julia H performs all of its treatments, which include Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, a Clear Skin Corrective Facial and BioRePeel, a no-downtime chemical peel.

The salon says it provides a learning environment for its staff and encourages continued education. Colorists receive in-salon training and attend advanced seminars.
