Kim Montero runs the business, which combines permanent makeup with facials and other esthetic treatments. The Owasso studio is set up inside Urban Lash & Brow, and the Collinsville location is inside Studio 31 Beauty & Wellness. Owasso is open Monday and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. All services are by appointment only, and because phone calls are not answered during procedures, the studio asks clients to leave a message.

About

Permanent cosmetic treatments are tailored once a client has chosen a service. Brow consultations are free and can be requested through the contact page. Powder brows are a filled-in brow applied with a single-needle, pen-style machine, shaded from soft to bold, and are expected to last around 12 months before a re-touch. Combo brows add shading across the brow along with machine-made hair strokes in the bulb area, and also last around 12 months. Permanent eyeliner ranges from a thin line to a bolder wing and is expected to last 3 or more years. Lip blushing pigment is placed in the shallowest layer of skin and lasts about 2 to 3 years; a lipstick effect rather than a soft tint requires an extra session at added cost. Clients with a history of cold sores may need an antiviral beforehand.

Permanent makeup prices include the first session and a complimentary 6-week touch-up with an aftercare kit: powder brows at $600, combo brows at $650, lip blushing at $600, and permanent eyeliner at $600 for upper and lower lids, $400 for upper lid only, or $300 for lower lid only. Clients who answer yes to any health screening question on the booking form must call the studio before scheduling, and booking may be refused if screening answers are not truthful. Emergency saline removal is available within 48 hours of fresh permanent makeup for an additional fee. Saline tattoo removal starts at $175 per treatment with a free consultation, requires at least 8 to 12 weeks between sessions, is accepted case by case, and laser may be recommended instead.

Payment plans through Cherry let clients spread out the cost of procedures, with approval for up to $10,000. Cherry runs a soft credit check rather than a hard one, offers a 0% promotional APR subject to approval (the regular APR is 9.99% to 35.99%), may require a down payment, and requires clients to be at least 18 with a bank-issued debit card.

Facial services include a 1-hour Classic Spa Facial at $80, which covers deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions if needed, a mask, toning, moisturizer, aromatherapy, and arm and facial massage. Add-ons include LED therapy, high frequency wand, microdermabrasion and gua sha lymphatic drainage at $20 each, plus dermaplaning at $30 with a facial, a hydrojelly mask and a serum at $15 each. Lash services, brow waxing and tinting, waxing, and permanent jewelry complete the menu.

Each permanent cosmetic plan is tailored once the client has picked a service. Oklahoma law requires that the work take place in a medical office, with a physician supervising it.
