Every client gets a customized treatment chosen for their current skin needs. Facials range from a Signature version with cleansing, exfoliation, massage and finishing products to more involved options that add LED light, dermaplaning, hydrodermabrasion with oxygen serum, or a peptide mask with red LED. Three-session packages are available for most facials, and sculpting and buccal massage sessions are sold singly or in packages. Clients who prefer quiet can request a Silent Session on the consultation form, which keeps conversation to a minimum during treatment.

The sculpting and lifting menu uses gua sha, facial cupping, lymphatic drainage, acupressure and myofascial release. The Sculpt, Lift and Buccal service includes intraoral massage intended to ease jaw and TMJ-related muscle tension and to lift and define the lower face; the business recommends it as a series. A Bloom pregnancy facial focuses on relaxation and tension relief rather than exfoliation or extractions.

Booking details matter here. New clients pay a 50% deposit to reserve, requested as a separate payment after scheduling, and the appointment is confirmed only once it arrives. Returning clients don't need a deposit unless asked. Changes made with at least 48 hours' notice carry no fee; later cancellations and no-shows are charged a share or all of the service. Intake and consent forms are due 24 hours before the appointment, and a valid credit card is required to reserve.
