The salon says it looks for sustainable products and that every product on its shelves has been vetted, tested and chosen. Those products are used for services and sold for home care.

Haircut prices depend on how long the cut takes and the stylist's level. Cuts are offered in 15, 30, 45 and 60 minute lengths; the 15 minute cut is for existing clients who need a bang trim or neckline clean-up, and the 60 minute cut is required for new clients and for hair longer than shoulder length. Style and treatment prices are also set by stylist level. Color is charged a la carte, with one bowl of color included in each technique and extra bowls or glosses added as needed. Thick or long hair may need additional bowls, and a $30 fee applies. Each perm is customized to the hair, and extra product or fees may apply for thick or long hair.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead carry no charge, 24 hours ahead costs half the service charge, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. For a service concern, clients should contact the salon within 7 days; services are not refunded. Hair care products can be exchanged within two weeks of purchase, and jewelry is final sale.

The salon works from a standard set by its founder and chooses products for their quality and sustainability. Services are priced by time and stylist level so that clients can see what their appointment will involve.
