The facial menu is set up in levels. The O2 Glow Facial comes in two levels, with the second adding deeper exfoliation and dermaplaning, and the Skin Reset Facial follows the same pattern. Chemical peels are offered in two levels and are booked in sequence: a first peel requires a prior O2 facial with the studio, and the second requires a first peel. The site says the first peel can help with fine lines, sun damage, acne, acne scars and uneven pigmentation, and that it leaves light flaking during recovery. A red light therapy add-on for $10 can be added during any service, which the site describes as helping muscle tension and recovery.

Booking has a few house rules to know. Clients are asked to come alone, and guests can wait in the waiting area but not in the treatment room; children are not allowed in the treatment room. Arriving 10 minutes or more late counts as a no-show and the full session fee applies, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows carry a full cancellation fee. Lash services require arriving with no eye makeup on, and lash extension removal is only booked by current clients.
