The space is open and bright, with natural light and plenty of greenery. Custom vintage furnishings were made to order for the room, and the styling chairs are Belvedere chairs inspired by the Eames lounge chair. A sunny reception and retail area leads to spacious stations and a shampoo lounge room. Clients also have access to restrooms, and the staff has a break room with personal lockers and laundry facilities.

Education sits at the center of the salon's philosophy, for clients as well as stylists. Stylists are chosen for their personality, passion and technique, and the team describes itself as a professional family of creatives. Extension clients can book a one-hour consultation first.

Additional appointment times can be requested. The salon also offers a 60-minute aromatherapy body treatment and a 60-minute back facial. Booth rental is available by the week for independent stylists, with the first two weeks free for new ones, and the owner personally reviews and answers every booth application. Full-time and part-time hourly positions are also open. Bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later on the booking platform.
