Fran's Creationz is owned by Frankeisha Hill, a licensed cosmetologist who began styling hair for clients as a teenager. The business works with men, women and children and serves clients across Georgia, from Tifton to Atlanta.

The braiding menu is broad. It covers natural braids with or without a wash, kids' styles, feed-in, tribal, Fulani, boho, box and lemonade braids, and several knotless sizes from kids through jumbo.
