Clients can cancel at no charge at least 48 hours before an appointment. A 55% cancellation fee applies to no-show, no-call clients. For emergencies or family matters, clients are asked to contact the stylist directly. Gift cards come in $100, $150, $200 or $300 amounts, or a custom amount, and are final sale.
