The manicure and pedicure menu leans toward European-style care. The European Manicure is a dry service with no soaking and no gel polish, and it includes cuticle work, shaping and light buffing; a classic polish can be added at the end if wanted. The E-File Pedicure focuses on heels and calluses, and it can include regular or gel polish on request. Both finish with nourishing products, with the pedicure using creams that contain silver, urea, panthenol and herbal extracts.

Add-ons include a deep hydrating SPA treatment for hands or feet and manicure designs such as fine artwork, French tips, glitter, foil or rhinestones. Removal of dip, acrylic or gel extensions done elsewhere is a separate add-on that should be booked in advance; gel removal is free for nails done at Fox Nails. Nail repair fixes a split or adds length to a single nail and should be added to the appointment ahead of time.

Repairs within 14 days of an appointment for normal wear are free. These are not booked through the online system: clients text a photo first, and a specialist arranges the visit directly based on availability.
