The property includes bungalows, Balinese bales above a koi pond and waterfall, a heated marble hammam, an outdoor soaking tub, an infrared sauna and a courtyard. Services are grouped into skin, body ritual, massage, soak and sauna, and intuitive and wellness offerings.

Guests are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early and to complete an online consent form before their visit. A credit card is required to reserve. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or 72 hours for groups of four or more, and otherwise incur a 50 percent fee, which is refunded if the spot can be rebooked. No-shows and missed appointments are charged the full service price, and a late arrival may shorten the treatment without reducing the fee.

Wellness here is described as exploratory, intuitive and personal rather than rigid. Each treatment is personalized, with therapists listening and adjusting during the session. Moon Healers is a group of healers and wellness practitioners who work together on a combined approach to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Gift certificates and a Moon Membership Program are available.
