Found Hair Studio

Found Hair Studio operates from suites 202 and 204 at 520 Montgomery St. in San Francisco. The studio is reached by stairs only, so clients who need accessibility arrangements are asked to contact the studio ahead of their visit. Parking is available at the Portsmouth Square Garage on Kearny Street for $4 per hour, and Montgomery BART and several Muni lines run nearby.

The studio splits its work between two specialists. Haircuts, including blowouts, bang trims, and neck trims, are done with Lauren Burda. Color work is done with Olivia Fadda and covers base color, balayage or highlights, full color transformations, keratin treatments, and color consultations. Clients who want both can book a cut and color collaboration, where both stylists work together in one appointment.

Booking runs on a set weekly schedule. Same-day appointments are offered Wednesday through Saturday. Cut appointments with Lauren are available Wednesday through Saturday, color appointments with Olivia run Tuesday through Friday plus alternating Saturdays, and collaboration appointments are offered Wednesday through Saturday.

The studio has a clear cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are charged 50% of the service. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals; after that the appointment may be rescheduled and charged 50%. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours are charged the full service price.

The studio pairs a dedicated cutting specialist with a dedicated color specialist, so each service is handled by the person focused on it. Color is planned around how each client lives and wants to look, with an emphasis on lasting results and keeping hair healthy.
