The studio grew out of owner Crystal Scott's personal interest in the beauty and aesthetics field. Her stated aim is to bring out the beauty in each client and help them feel good about how they look.
Clients can book a free 30-minute consultation, either in person or virtually for those who cannot visit. Permanent makeup and some lash services take a deposit, and card payments carry a 2.5% processing fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Waxing and permanent makeup cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment carry a charge: 30% of booked waxing services and 50% of the scheduled permanent makeup service.
