Rescheduling or cancelling inside 48 hours costs half the total service price, and same-day cancellations or no-shows cost the full amount. The cancellation fee is non-refundable if the client does not rebook. Rescheduling is handled through a Square link sent by text or email, and reminders go out up to four days before the visit. Young children are discouraged from attending unless they have their own appointment, for safety around hot tools and sharp objects.
