The salon describes its mission as helping guests feel confident and radiant. It calls itself a market leader and trusted destination for hair extensions, and says its private label Slavic extensions are often applied the same day; these are the salon's own claims. The private label line is made from double drawn Russian hair, with the cuticle kept intact and aligned from root to tip, and the extensions are not treated with silicone.

The salon runs as a teaching salon with an education program for service providers. Its six hour hand tied weft class and four plus hour micro bead class are open to licensed cosmetologists or cosmetology students, and a certificate is issued on completion. The hand tied weft class costs $1,400 and the micro bead class costs $600, both paid in full at registration. Class models must be color matched beforehand, and any extensions used on them are purchased at that match.

Walk-ins are welcome, and guests who cannot find a preferred time can call or text the salon. Extension applications require a consultation first, and extensions are priced separately from the application. Listed prices are starting prices that vary by stylist level and hair customization, and all sales are final. Beauty Budget lets guests save ahead for higher-cost services such as extensions. Booking runs Tuesday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, closed Sunday and Monday. New stylists can apply by sending a resume with social media attached; no experience is required, and an associate program is offered.
