Every color service requires a consultation before booking, and so do bridal and photo shoot appointments, so the plan is set before any processing begins. Hair Roulette is an unusual option: after a consultation on shades, the final color is picked blindfolded from the options available.

Beyond color, the studio works with every extension method, with a consultation first. It also takes on styling for special occasions and on-location work. A Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment is offered, which the studio says reduces frizz for 12 or more weeks with no downtime afterward.

Booking is by card on file and deposit for all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, though they can move to a future appointment if the original one was cancelled within 24 hours. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead carry no charge; later cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service price, and no-shows are charged in full. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Saturday 10am to 5pm, Friday 10am to 1pm, and the studio is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

The studio plans its color services around a consultation before the appointment.
