Color is the core of the menu. Clients can choose a glaze, a translucent color or clear gloss for shine, or a demipermanent color that is ammonia-free and adds tone without lightening. Full-color applications, low lights, partial and full highlights are also offered. For blonde work, a base bump lightens the base color between blonding appointments, and an on-scalp lightener is a bleach touch-up for the root area that always comes with a toner at an extra charge. Base Bump and Special Blonde are not right for every blonde, so new clients need to speak with their stylist before booking.

Cuts and styling include women's cuts with a blowdry, pixie shampoo and style, men's cuts, and cuts for children aged 12 and under. Shampoo and style and women's cut and blowdry carry a $20 upcharge when hot tools are used, and a blowdry can be added to any service that does not include a cut for a $22 upcharge with hot tools. Color and cut consultations are free and last 30 minutes. Each visit with a paid cut includes one complimentary neck or bang trim between cuts.

Appointments carry a policy: a 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time. The salon is open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
