Services are priced for a set amount of time, and any extra time or additional color beyond the standard amount is charged accordingly. Prices are the same for all hair types and all genders. Adults and children over age 4 are welcome, though children are recommended to come only for their own service, and children ages 4 and older may book haircuts. Corrective color is priced by an hourly rate plus product use and begins with a complimentary consultation.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged a fee based on the time reserved, unless the appointment is moved with advance notice. A no-show without contacting the studio is charged the full anticipated amount, and the next booking requires a 50% deposit. Late arrivals may mean a shorter service or a rescheduled appointment. A card deposit may be required to book, applied to the total. Weddings and events need a deposit to hold the date and carry a travel fee beyond a 15-mile radius of downtown Austin. The studio may decline a service if it would put hair health at risk and will suggest alternatives. Clients who are unhappy with a service should let the studio know within one week; refunds and credit are not given, but adjustments can be discussed. Clients may ask that their photos not be shared for promotion or social media. Guest information is not shared or sold, and online bookings use a secure site without storing card details. Accepted payment includes cards, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and cash; personal checks are not accepted.
