Hair services start with a haircut, which includes a blow dry and styling; short is chosen for pixie or clipper cuts. Color pricing depends on hair length and thickness. A partial balayage is $225 and takes about 2 hours. Partial highlights are listed from $125 to $170 and up, full highlights from $140 to $205 and up, bleach from $270 and up, and bleach roots from $200 and up. A balayage with base and cut is $395, about 3.5 hours, and extensions are $300, about 3 hours. Keratin treatment and color correction both start with a consultation, and pricing depends on hair length or the time needed to correct. Each stylist sets their own prices, so questions about a specific stylist go to the salon by phone. Bold changes such as platinum blonde or shades like blue or pink should be mentioned at booking so enough time is held.

Lash services include classic, volume and hybrid extensions in full, half and quarter sets, plus fills at one, two or three weeks. Half and quarter sets are for clients who aren't currently wearing extensions. Lash lifts, with an optional tint, are also offered, though they aren't suitable for very short lashes, and lash tinting and removal are available. Brow work covers tweezing, shaping, tinting, henna tinting in five shades, and lamination. Lip and chin waxing are quick visits. Skin tag removal uses a device that delivers heat through a tiny needle without entering the skin, and according to the salon the same device can also be used for non-surgical eye lifts, neck tightening and wrinkle reduction. Permanent jewelry is $50 with pricing varying by chain. The salon carries Bumble and Bumble products.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, barring extreme emergencies, carry a fee of half the service total. Esthetician services such as hair removal or skincare carry the full scheduled total. Some services need a consultation or a set time frame and can't be booked online, so they are arranged by phone. Children are not brought to the salon unless a stylist has approved a child's cut. Clients can ask for a tweak if a cut, color or skin service isn't what they wanted, and gently used products can be exchanged, or unopened ones refunded, within two weeks of purchase.
