Laura Alger runs ForeverBeauty as a solo practice in the Salon Lofts suite building in Leesburg, a practice she has run for more than ten years. Lashes and brows are the core of the menu, with brow lamination and lash lift and tint as the most popular services. The brow lamination uses a custom-mixed tint and includes shaping at no extra charge, and the lash lift is a keratin-based treatment with tint that typically lasts about six weeks. Brow lamination results last five to six weeks.

Waxing is done with the sugar ball method using natural ingredients, with options from $55 and add-ons for underarms, upper lip, brows and lower abdomen. Full body sugaring does not include the face. Electrolysis is offered in 30 and 60 minute sessions. The intimate category includes an anal and labia cold plasma treatment.

The body menu includes a sugar-based custom spray tan that processes in one to two hours, a seaweed hydrating body wrap, a full body red light therapy session with manual exfoliation and a hydrating body mask, and a custom back facial aimed at skin texture, breakouts and hyperpigmentation.

The facial menu is built around skin concerns. An acne facial begins with a Wood's lamp skin analysis and is recommended as a series of three, two to three weeks apart. Other options include dermaplaning with facial massage and one advanced modality, an oxygen facial using 92% oxygen, a customizable advanced facial, and a non-needle advanced skin tightening facial that uses a topical neurotoxin and cold plasma. That treatment requires a $145 deposit and is recommended as three sessions one week apart. Spicules and exosome facials are offered in the cooler months, and HIFU face and neck skin tightening is a series of three to six sessions depending on skin needs. Multi-session packages are also offered for the acne, spicules and exosome, and HIFU facials. Advanced skin services mostly use Korean skincare products and modalities.

The studio asks new clients to list their current at-home skincare products before the first visit, and the process is explained from booking through aftercare. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 8:30 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 2:30 PM, Wednesday 12 PM to 4 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 2:30 PM, with Thursdays and Sundays closed. Booking requires 24 hours' notice to cancel. Late cancellations are charged 20% of the total service and no-shows 50%. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead through the appointment reminder.
