The facial menu starts with a 25-minute skin consultation, which can be done in the studio or virtually to talk through skin goals and home care. A $25 consultation fee goes toward a skincare service if that service is booked during the consultation. Facials then build from a 30-minute dermaplane express with a double cleanse and finishing products, to a customized facial with exfoliation, massage, masque and extractions when needed, a dermaplane facial that removes dead skin and peach fuzz with a sterile surgical scalpel, and a 75-minute custom Works Facial with deeper exfoliation, extractions, an extended massage and LED light therapy.

Lash lifts are keratin-based and semi-permanent, last up to 8 weeks, and include a deep conditioning treatment; the lift-and-tint versions add tint. Lash Lift Rehab is for clients finishing a lift or correcting one done elsewhere, as it reverses a lift. Extensions are offered as classic, hybrid or volume sets, with fills every two to three weeks and a new set after three weeks. Fills replace shed and grown-out lashes, and a new set is needed when less than 40 percent of the original lashes remain. Extensions are not suitable for clients with latex allergies or sensitivity. Lashes must be clean and free of makeup for all lash appointments, and makeup must be removed before any lash service.

Two bundles combine a facial with a lash lift and tint at a lower price: the Glow Bundle pairs a dermaplane facial with a lash lift and tint, and the Relax Bundle pairs the Works Facial with a lash lift and tint and adds an extended shoulder, neck and facial massage. Deposits are required for the bundles, the lash sets and new-client lift and tints. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can move to a future appointment if the client reschedules before the 48-hour window. No-shows, cancellations and reschedules inside 48 hours are charged the full booked services, and those fees are not applied to future appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are charged the full booked services, though the studio tries to accommodate late guests when possible, and clients running late are asked to call. All sales of services, bundles and gift cards are final, and gift certificates are offered.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Monday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
