Every appointment begins with a consultation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are accepted, while cancellations inside 24 hours are charged the full cost of the appointment. The salon says it will reach out to prospective clients within 24 hours of a contact request.
Beyond hair services, red light therapy is available through a wellness affiliate, and that affiliate's page lists peptide offerings. House calls are offered on Mondays for clients who prefer to be seen at home.
Every visit starts with a consultation before any service is booked.
