Brows are done as a two-step process. The first session is followed by a perfecting or touch-up appointment about 4 to 6 weeks later, and the final look is seen about 30 days after the procedure. Lip blush is similar: the final color is expected around 5 weeks after the first appointment, and a touch-up can be booked 8 to 10 weeks after it. Freckles come in light, medium and full coverage, and beauty marks can be done in groups of one to four.

Booking follows a few studio rules. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, rescheduling requires a new deposit, and an appointment can be rescheduled once. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Clients can split the cost into four biweekly Afterpay payments, which carries a $30 processing fee. Before a procedure, clients are asked to avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours, avoid tanning or sunbathing for 3 days, and avoid retinoids, filler, Botox and harsh exfoliants on the timeline the studio gives. Clients should also tell the studio about any medications they take before booking. After a brow procedure, aftercare means no water, sweating, swimming, saunas or sun tanning for 10 days, and no retinoid or glycolic acid creams in that window.

Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $5, $10, $20, $50 or custom amounts.
