Color is the core of the work. Zackery Herring focuses on blonding, from soft, dimensional, lived-in shades to bright, high-impact blondes, and he works with clients who want low-maintenance color that grows out gracefully as well as those who prefer bolder color that needs regular upkeep. Haircuts include scissor and clipper cuts, and the studio also offers French haircutting techniques combined with hair color.

Hair color is billed at $100 per hour, which the salon says covers everything needed for a customized color service with no hidden fees or added upcharges. First-time clients book the New Client Color consultation and note their current hair and goals in the appointment notes. Typical color times depend on length and density: about 1.5 hours for a root retouch, 1.5 to 2.5 hours for a single all-over color, 2 to 2.5 hours for a partial highlight and 2.5 to 3.5 hours for a full highlight.

Parking is in a garage that is available during the appointment. It is validated for two hours, after which it costs $4 per hour. Clients call or text when they arrive so the stylist can let them in.

Each appointment is planned one-on-one, with cuts and color shaped around the individual client.
