A credit card must be on file to book. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late may be rescheduled with a 50% charge or have their appointment shortened. Clients are asked to confirm when they receive the text before the visit. Pre-care and post-care instructions for peels and microneedling are emailed after booking. Walk-ins are welcome, payment is accepted by card, cash, Venmo and Zelle, and gift certificates are available by phone or in person. Services and products are not refundable.
