Hair services include women's, men's and children's cuts, curly cuts, color from single process to multi dimensional highlights, perms, roller sets, braids, shaves and extensions, including halo extensions. Color can be customized, and Goldwell and Surface Pure Color products are used.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early and to give 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Fragrances are best avoided because some people have chemical and fragrance sensitivities. Guests are asked to limit additional visitors and not bring children, and to silence phones during services. Payment is accepted by check, cash, credit card and Apple Pay, and gratuity is accepted.
