New clients are accepted by appointment only, and the studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, with hours that vary by day.

For color and cuts, the process is tailored to each client, and for color correction or corrective color the work is priced after a consultation call. New clients booking balayage, highlights or fashion color are asked for a $50 deposit, and fashion or vivid all-over color needs a consultation by email, video call or in person before booking.

The menu is organized into hair color and highlighting, which includes all-over color, root retouch, partial and full foil highlights, quarter highlights, balayage and ombre, and combined color and cut packages. Haircuts cover women's, men's and children's cuts along with blow-dry and flat or curling iron styling. Formal styling for events such as weddings and prom, along with special occasion up-dos, is also offered. Barbering includes a traditional barber haircut with a hot lather straight-razor shave, and waxing covers facial services from lip and eyebrow up to a full-face wax.

Free parking is available, and the studio offers WiFi and beer and wine. Payment is accepted by cash, check, debit, credit cards and American Express, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Services are offered in English.
