Every set is planned around the client's natural lashes, eye shape and daily life, with the aim of keeping extensions in place and protecting lash health over the long run. Corrective work is a large share of the business, including resetting and refining lash sets that someone else applied. The salon says every style gets the same level of care and precision, whether it is a light classic set or a full colored one.

Full sets are listed at $190 for Classic (about 2 hours), $230 for Light Volume (about 3 hours), $250 for Volume (about 2.5 hours), $260 for Mega Volume (about 3.5 hours) and $299 for Colored (about 4 hours). Touch-ups are $75, $95 or $110 for one, one and a half or two hours, and fills are typically recommended every two to three weeks. Touch-ups need at least 60 percent of extensions still in place; with less retention, a longer appointment has to be booked. Removal is $30 and takes about 30 minutes.

The studio also offers lash lifts for $115 (about 1 hour), and tints for $20 alone or $10 added to a lift, each about 15 minutes. Tint results generally last two to four weeks depending on product use and aftercare. Lip blushing is also offered. The business is clear that it is not a good match for clients who want a rushed appointment or the heaviest possible set regardless of how their natural lashes hold up. Most clients come back regularly.
