Brow work includes shaping, which is trimmed, tweezed and shaped to suit the face and natural brow features, and brow lamination, a semi-permanent treatment that straightens and lifts the brow hairs. With good aftercare, a lamination lasts about 6 to 8 weeks. Brow lamination can also be combined with shaping and tinting in one visit.

Most clients book a lash fill every two to three weeks, since extensions shed with the natural lash cycle, and have brows shaped every three to four weeks. A fill done at another salon counts as a fill only if about 40% of the existing extensions remain; otherwise a full set is needed.

Booking policies ask clients to arrive on time and make-up free, and to avoid wearing contact lenses during the appointment and for at least 2 hours afterward. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead is charged at 50% of the appointment fee, and a no-show without notice is charged the full fee, with payment required before rebooking. The studio is open Monday 10am to 2pm and Tuesday to Friday 10am to 5pm, is closed on weekends, and can sometimes work outside those hours for an additional fee if requested when booking.
