The clinic aims to combine Asian aesthetic sensibility with FDA-cleared technology available in the United States. It treats patients of every Fitzpatrick skin type and tailors each plan to a patient's skin type and aesthetic goals. The clinic states that its physicians and medical team are board-certified.

A first visit must be a free, in-person consultation with the medical team, and the clinic does not accept direct treatment bookings from first-time visitors. During that consultation, physicians look at the patient's concerns, talk through goals and plan treatment suited to their skin type. Sunnyvale is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and closed Wednesdays. Foster City is open Monday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and closed Tuesday through Thursday. Each site also opens one rotating day on Saturday or Sunday, so callers are asked to phone ahead.
