New patients start with a free, personalized in-person consultation, and that visit is required before any treatment is booked. First-time visitors cannot book treatments directly. Online booking covers only a limited menu, so Thermage, PicoSure, injectables, surgical consultations and anything not listed online are arranged by contacting the Sunnyvale team by WeChat or phone. WeChat support is available for bilingual and Mandarin-speaking patients, and the website also has a Chinese-language version.

The menu spans laser and IPL work for pigmentation, redness, scarring and texture, radiofrequency and ultrasound skin tightening, injectables such as neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers and biostimulators, a body contouring option, and surgery on the eyelids, nose, chin, face and neck.
