The menu covers several extension styles. Classic lashes place one extension on each natural lash and suit clients who already have a good amount of their own lashes. Air Hybrid adds extensions of mixed lengths to each natural lash for a subtle increase in volume. Flirty Hybrid is the studio's signature style, mixing sparkly, spiky and wispy lashes. Volume uses lightweight lash fans for a fuller look, and Mega Volume uses densely packed fans for a bold, dramatic result. Extensions come in Classic synthetic vinyl, Silk or Mink.

A first visit begins with registration and a consultation, so new clients should arrive about 10 minutes early. The style is chosen during that consultation, and clients may bring photos of the look they want. Sessions usually run about 1 to 2 hours, depending on how full the natural lashes are. Clients are asked to come alone, to remove contacts, and to skip eye makeup and mascara on the day; face makeup and brows are fine. The studio recommends a fill every 2 to 3 weeks, or every 2 weeks for a fuller look, and a two-week break every six months between full sets. Fill appointments are for existing clients only, and new clients book a full set.

Full sets range from $159 for classic to $329 for mega volume, with fills, a $50 color add-on and a $100 custom color design also available. Lash tint is $79, lash lift is $89, lower lashes are $50 and removal is $30. Appointments are prepaid in full and a credit card is required to book. Changes need at least 12 hours' notice, and a $30 cancellation fee applies to changes inside that window. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late have their appointment cancelled and are charged the fee. Cash and cards through Square are accepted, and tips are welcome.

The studio says its aim is customer satisfaction and pairs each client with a lash style through a first-visit consultation.
