A head spa treatment cleanses the scalp and hair, exfoliates, applies a mask and finishes with a rough dry, and every head spa visit includes a complimentary rough dry with a full blowout available as an add-on. Face & Flow pairs a head spa treatment with a mini facial in 60 minutes. Essential Flow, also 60 minutes, adds neck and shoulder work and pressure point techniques, while Ebb & Flow at 90 minutes adds lymphatic drainage and a hand, arm and foot ritual. Full-service visits include robes and slippers, and guests may enjoy a glass of Prosecco during the visit, with a charcuterie board or hand or foot paraffin wax available to add on.

Beyond the head spa menu, Kids Flow is a 45-minute session for ages 6 to 10 that includes a mini facial, a gentle scalp cleanse and conditioning, and a mini blowout or braid. Hair Flow is a dry-hair scalp stimulation service with no washing, offered for 30 or 60 minutes; hair needs to be clean, dry and fully detangled beforehand, and time spent detangling comes out of the appointment. Facial Flow is a 45-minute facial, while Mini Facial Flow and Sculpting Flow are shorter treatments that can only be added to another service. Graze & Flow and Scratch & Flow are 45-minute back scratch services, the first lighter and the second deeper.

Couples and groups can book individual services at the same time, and groups of up to 4 can book online. Parties of 5 or more call or email to book, and private rental options are available. The spa does not have a couples treatment room. Memberships carry a six-month minimum commitment and give discounts on products, services and add-ons. Packages of 4, 6, 8 or 12 head spa treatments are discounted and include complimentary scalp products.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. Rescheduling inside 24 hours counts as a late cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable, and gift cards, sold online in $50, $100, $200 and $300 amounts, are valid for 12 months and can be used for services or retail products. Guests who arrive late may have their treatment shortened. Head spa treatments are not offered to guests with lice or ringworm, and guests under 16 need a parent or guardian on site. Guests with hair extensions should say so beforehand, and guests with ingredient allergies may bring their own products at the same price. Outside food and drink are not permitted, except small desserts for special occasions.

Services begin with a consultation and scalp analysis, which the spa describes as using high-resolution imaging on a scalp analyzer it calls state-of-the-art. First-time visitors and people with significant scalp concerns are steered toward Ebb & Flow, while Essential Flow is described as suited to routine scalp maintenance.

Treatments take place in one of four private rooms.
