Beyond lashes, the menu includes lash lifts, where the natural lash is curled for up to six to eight weeks and can optionally be tinted for extra darkness. Lash and brow tinting, brow lamination and waxing and threading for brow shaping and facial hair are also offered. The studio describes brow lamination as a newer trend that started in Russia.

Permanent makeup covers brows in four techniques, lip enhancement and eyeliner. Nano and fusion brows use hairstrokes, while powder and ombre brows use no strokes and create a softer pigment finish. Each lasts up to 18 months to two years. Work begins with a consultation, with consent forms and aftercare instructions provided, and topical anesthetics are applied before and during the procedure. A follow-up may be booked about six to twelve weeks after the first appointment.

Skin services include microcurrent facial toning, which the studio describes as a non-surgical treatment that tightens, tones and lifts skin.

Booking is secured with a valid credit card on file. Full set lash extensions and permanent makeup require a non-refundable deposit that must be applied within a year. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, or 48 hours for permanent cosmetic work, and late cancellations may be charged up to half the service price. Cancellations within five hours of an appointment are treated as no-shows and may be charged up to the full service price. Clients coming from another lash studio book a partial set first.

In 2022 the studio also launched Embellish Spa Suites, which rents private suites to beauty, wellness and healthcare professionals, including lash, brow and permanent makeup artists. The goal is for staff to eventually become independent business owners.

Lash extension styles are tailored to each client's eye shape and the amount of volume they want.
