New guests start with a Digital Consultation Form or an appointment request and receive an email within 24 hours. A first visit is longer than later ones because it includes arrival, getting acquainted and an in-depth consultation. Returning guests book their services individually. The booking platform offers Buy Now, Pay Later for totals between $50 and $4,000.

Visits include complimentary WiFi, tea, snacks, a phone charger that fits several phone types, and music during the appointment. Parking is plentiful in front of the mill building. Street parking nearby is limited to two hours, which suits shorter visits, so longer appointments are better parked in the lot behind Aroma Joes. Enter through the Main Street door, go down the hallway to the right, and Suite 224 is on the right past the restrooms. Hours are Sunday 9:30am to 3:00pm, Monday noon to 6:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am to 3:00pm and Thursday 11:00am to 5:00pm.

Cancellations need 24 hours notice to avoid a fee. A cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment is charged 30% of the total scheduled services to the card on file, and a no-show is charged 60% of that total.

Each visit starts with a clear plan, and the focus is on keeping the hair healthy throughout the process rather than chasing every goal at once.
