Blowouts include a shampoo, a treatment and the blow out, with an optional curl or wave finish from hot tools. Pins can be added to the blowout to keep it set longer. Clients can also join a monthly membership that covers two blowouts; unused blowouts roll over to the following month and do not expire. The membership is a recurring subscription of at least three months and can be paused or cancelled at any time.

Color options range from root touch-ups for gray coverage or solid color, to gloss for toning blonde, reverse balayage for dimension in slightly darker hair, custom all over color, custom blonding and mini blonding. Color removal is also offered, with prep using Malibu products and a toner and blow dry. Color services are priced by the hour where noted, and the salon notes that color removal pricing can change with time and added product.

Education is a large part of the business. The Blowout Class and Product Knowledge Class are each $45, and the salon suggests taking the product class before the blowout class and a style class.
