Color is a large part of the menu. Options include color gloss treatments, single process color, single process with pull through, partial and full highlights, base bumps and balayage. Organic versions of several color services are offered, and most color services include a blow dry unless noted. Corrective color is handled by consultation at $100 per hour, and pricing depends on hair length, thickness and condition, so clients are asked to check with their stylist or colorist.
Blowouts and memberships are a focus as well. The Golden Hour membership is $90 a month and includes two blowouts a month, a birthday blowout, iron work, a hair mask and a scalp massage. The Star Gazer membership is $160 a month and includes four monthly blowouts with the same extras at each visit. Prepaid blowout packages of four, six or twelve are also available, each with a complimentary mask, and extensions or long hair add to the price of each blowout.
Airbrush tanning uses Norvell Venetian sunless solution, which the salon describes as designed to reduce orange undertones. Clients who cannot wait the usual eight to twelve hours for a rinse can choose a One Hour Rapid sunless tan. Other offerings include the Malibu purifying treatment, which can be added to a service or to a blow dry, and a set of Place Experiences treatments such as the Satin, Cashmere, Lino and Velluto treatments, each using The Place products.
Booking requires a credit card on file. Changes or cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee; changes within 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the full price of scheduled services, and changes within 12 hours or no-shows are charged the full price. Tips for stylists are accepted in cash or Venmo only. Memberships can be cancelled at any time, while memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Appointments can be booked through the salon website or a booking platform, where memberships, gift cards and packages can also be purchased. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm, Wednesday 10am to 5pm, Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm, and is closed Sundays and Mondays.
