Braid work ranges from plaits and cornrows on natural hair to knotless, box and boho styles, with scalp braids, lemonade braids and braided ponytails with added hair also available. Knotless braids are offered in medium and large sizes only. Box, knotless and boho braids carry an extra $20 when the hair is longer than mid back.

Locs and twist services include starter locs, dread interlocking as an alternative to a retwist, combo washes with retwist and style, and loc take downs. A loc take down starts at $350, with the final price set by the size and number of locs or dreads, and it requires at least two days to complete. Locs longer than mid back carry an additional $10 for style.

Children have their own options, including natural-hair styling for ages 9 and under, braids with extensions for younger and older children, and a monthly kids subscription called 1st Class Kids. The subscription includes two styles a month with a wash and shampoo, and it does not cover knotless braids. Subscription appointments do not roll over to the next month, and the subscription can only be booked by clients already enrolled.

Most braiding and crochet services do not include hair, so clients supply their own unless a service says otherwise. Same-day service requests are made by phone or text, and a $40 after-hours fee applies to same-day services booked after online booking has closed. Gift certificates are also available.
