The menu centers on signature silk presses, custom color, and natural styling, with braids, twists, curls, highlights, balayage, and weaves also offered. The studio describes its service standard, the Flawless Textures Standard, as known for silky, long-lasting results. Many color services include a luxury shampoo, a customized conditioning treatment, a blow-dry, and a choice of finish. New clients are guided through a consultation or one of the New Client experiences, and the studio says sessions include education on caring for hair and protecting strands between appointments.
Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed Sunday and Monday. Payment is accepted by cash, Cash App, and credit or debit card, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
Booking requires a non-refundable $30 deposit, applied to the total (some services have different deposits, such as $20 for the color consultation and $200 for Color My Bundles). The remaining balance is paid at the service. Changes or cancellations made up to 72 hours ahead can be handled through the confirmation email; later changes carry a charge of 75% of the booked service, excluding the deposit. A no-call, no-show carries the same charge and may lead to a ban from future bookings. No late fees apply, but late clients should contact the studio, and appointments are canceled after 15 minutes. Children under 13 are not serviced, and other guests should not attend unless they are being serviced.
